of our employees cannot find their uniforms or the route man didn't
leave any. What do we do? |

Sometimes
a customer will turn all his or her inventory in at one time for cleaning.
Sometimes a different person inadvertently takes the wrong group of
uniforms home.
In larger shops, sometimes two (2) employees have the same first name,
which can cause confusion.
Sometimes Yale Uniform miss ships uniforms.
Solution: Yale Uniform will assist the
customer in either finding the missing uniforms or prepare a new set
of uniforms for the customer.

What
is a make-up charge and who is it for? |

Yale
Uniform charges a one time fee to prepare uniforms for a new employee.
The fee covers the cost of name emblems, company emblems, hemming all
pants, and preparing the uniform items for wearing. The employee this
fee is being charged for is listed on the invoice next to the fee. |

How
many uniforms are turned in for cleaning for a terminated employee? |

Yale
Uniform will provide this information two (2) days after the regular
route day.

of our employees left something in their pocket. Can we get it for them? |

Yes,
providing we actually find the missing item. However, most of the time
Yale Uniform is unable to find the missing personal items. |

driver forgot to pick up our soiled uniforms. What do we do? |

Yale
Uniform will send someone to pick up the missed uniforms, and we apologize
for the inconvenience. |

The
new employee we ordered uniforms for has been terminated. Can we stop
the order before any charges are incurred? |

Almost
all new orders are completed the day after you normal route day. If
the order has been complete then only the makup fee is charged. |

is a loss charge? |

A
fee to cover the cost of a missing shirt, pant, jacket, ect. |

is a recovery credit? |
| A. |
Within
5 weeks after a loss charges has been generated, Yale Uniform will give
a credit equal to the loss charge for shirts, pants, jacket or other
items returned. |

is a damaged charge? |
| A. |
This
is a charge to replace a damaged garment that is not up to standard,
has foreign matter on the garment, has holes or tears not caused by
normal wear. |
